Evolve is an invitation to explore giving ourselves as leaders permission to pause and reflect on our behaviour, and to focus on how we can remove unconscious barriers that may be limiting our capacity to lead and embrace human connections and “allow people to be humans at work”. As we navigate this VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous) world, if you want to evolve your leadership and embark on a journey of self-analysis, self-discovery, and change, Evolve offers concepts and practical advice that is both thorough and easy to apply. A must-read.
