Dare To Lead™ is an empirically based courage-building program facilitated by certified professionals and is based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, research professor at the University of Houston and author of several #1 New York Times bestsellers, including Dare to Lead (a culmination of a seven-year study on courage and leadership).
This workshop is delivered virtually in two 3-hour sessions, and provides an introduction to the Dare to Lead™ framework in an interactive and intimate group format. Learn how leaders can assess their current state of Daring Leadership, help identify armour and gain tools proven to deepen self-awareness and improve team engagement and performance.

This program is designed for people who are starting to explore how courageous leadership could support their current leadership development efforts. This does not replace the full 24-hour Dare To Lead™ curriculum for Leaders and Teams.
Examine the critical role that self-awareness plays in effective leadership.
Explore their relationship with vulnerability (uncertainty, risk, and emotional exposure) as the foundational skill set of courage.
Identify their “armour” that is their greatest obstacle to being courageous .
Associate four skill sets that are measurable, observable, and teachable with courageous leadership
Gain confidence in regularly having hard conversations that are clear and kind, including giving and receiving feedback.
