How it works. Six teams representing distinct departments work together to build a new city, aka Terra Nova. Their mission: to make it prosper. As teams dive in, friction and inefficiencies surface — we told you it mirrors the real world — then quality and results suffer. So, changes must be made to deliver on the objective – to make Terra Nova prosper.
