About Boyan
Boyan has been coined both a social butterfly and deeply introspective. His superpowers include his ability to connect with others in a heartbeat, create psychologically safe and highly engaging learning experiences and inspire his participants to bring the very best in themselves.
As part of the Juice team, Boyan designs and facilitates learning programs for leaders and teams. For almost a decade now, Boyan has developed his skills as a bilingual learning designer, facilitator, coach, and consultant. He holds a BA from Concordia University and a Certificate from Université du Québec à Montréal (UQÀM) in Workplace Training. Boyan’s on a mission to guide his participants through transformative learning experiences resulting in powerful insights and committed action.
Outside of his professional roles, Boyan plays viola with the Orchestre Symphonique de l’Isle de Montréal, trains with fellow runners, swimmers and cyclists at McGill Triathlon Club, and Yamajo Running Club. He is also committed to his ongoing development and those of others as a member and regular contributor of several organizations including Toastmasters International, Mid-Atlantic Facilitation Network (MAFN), and the Institute for Performance and Learning (I4PL).
